In today's sedentary lifestyle, many of us find ourselves sitting for extended periods of time. However, this prolonged sitting can have detrimental effects on our overall health and well-being. Thankfully, there is a simple antidote to counteract the negative impacts of sitting too much - the Bridge Exercise.

This exercise involves raising your hips off the floor while engaging your core and utilizing your glute muscles. By holding this position for a few seconds and then slowly lowering back down, you can effectively strengthen your muscles and improve your posture. For maximum benefits, it is recommended to repeat the Bridge Exercise 10-15 times during a session.

Ideally, this exercise should be performed three times a day, but it can also be adjusted according to personal needs. Incorporating the Bridge Exercise into your daily routine can help alleviate the negative effects of sitting and promote a healthier lifestyle overall.
